The Vice President of TPO Sales will be a key executive leader responsible for building and scaling a high-performing business development team focused on indirect loan originations through broker and referral networks. This individual will drive national growth, expand market share, and establish deep relationships across the real estate broker ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve tools, processes, and systems to support scalability and efficiency
  • Maintain consistent sales strategy, messaging, and market positioning

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate finance sales leadership, including TPO, RTL, or broker-driven lending environments
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams and exceeding aggressive growth targets
  • Deep understanding of broker networks, real estate lending products, and capital markets
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset with experience managing KPIs and sales performance metrics
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally to support team development and client engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
