The Project Manager will serve as a key partner to executive leadership team in managing strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and cross-functional projects. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who can drive accountability, improve workflows, and ensure projects are completed on time and with precision.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
  • Partner directly with company leadership to prioritize initiatives, track deliverables, and drive execution.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, workflows, and reporting within Asana.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to support company growth.
  • Monitor milestones, deadlines, and KPIs while proactively resolving issues and bottlenecks.
  • Prepare executive-level updates, project status reports, and meeting agendas.
  • Foster a professional, organized, and solutions-oriented work environment.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management, operations, or related experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Asana project management software.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level professionalism.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience.
  • Mortgage, banking, or finance experience is not required.
