The role carries a clear path to a managerial position leading a team as the program grows.
Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day execution of the buy-and-sell strategy end-to-end from initial loan acquisition and vetting through packaging and final sale
- Cultivate and manage relationships with regional and national lenders to drive consistent deal flow
- Package and sell loans efficiently to institutional end buyers, including large national banks and private equity firms
- Ensure efficient capital flow across the full acquisition-to-sale cycle, minimizing bottlenecks and unsold inventory
- Partner closely with the technology team to help build out a pricing and/or underwriting engine, along with tools for streamlined document processing
- Develop, implement, and refine underwriting policy and credit criteria to support responsible, scalable program growth
- Track progress against key performance indicators, including monthly loan volume and process efficiency
- Serve as a key point of contact for investors and capital partners, bringing a transaction-oriented mindset to those relationships
- Lay the groundwork for future team growth, with the expectation of eventually managing and leading a team as volume scales
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in private credit, with direct DSCR and/or RTL experience
- Proven track record closing DSCR transactions and executing buy/sell or originate/sell strategies
- Strong grasp of underwriting and diligence processes; detail-oriented and process-driven
- Self-motivated, roll-up-the-sleeves operator able to both execute and build process
- Leadership potential, with the ability and desire to grow into a managerial role
