Seeking a motivated Associate Account Executive to join a fast-growing lending platform. This hybrid inside/outside sales role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Candidates without prior lending experience must work on-site at offices in NY/NJ/CA/MA/TX.

Key Responsibilities
•Learn company products, tools, and policies to exceed sales goals.
•Own the sales process, managing corporate and self-sourced leads with a target of $1.5M–$2.5M in monthly funded loans.
•Build and maintain borrower and broker relationships, prospect for new business.
•Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant loan files.
•Partners with internal teams to structure deals, validate docs, and close loans.
•Manage pipeline, clear conditions, and meet deadlines.
•Deliver excellent service and communicate company value to investors.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 3+ years of sales experience.
•2+ years private lending or related AE experience strongly preferred.
•Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
•Detail-oriented with financial acumen; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
