The Loan Officer will originate and manage loans within the company’s core product lines, including Rental (RTL) and DSCR programs. This individual will focus on building strong relationships with investors, brokers, and internal partners while maintaining high standards of integrity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
•Source, structure, and close RTL and DSCR loans.
•Build and manage relationships with borrowers, brokers, and referral partners.
•Assess borrower needs, collect documentation, and ensure files meet underwriting standards.
•Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to drive deals through the pipeline efficiently.
•Stay current with market trends, pricing, and lending guidelines.
•Deliver an exceptional borrower experience, from application through funding.
•Uphold company values and maintain compliance with lending regulations and policies.
Requirements
•Minimum 2–3 years of lending or sales experience in private or investor-focused mortgage products.
•Familiarity with RTL and/or DSCR loan programs strongly preferred.
•Proven ability to manage a steady pipeline with consistent funded volume.
•Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
•Self-motivated and entrepreneurial; thrives in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
•Proficiency with loan origination systems (e.g., Encompass) and CRM tools.
