Our client is a nationally recognized solution provider at the center of mortgage credit and risk solutions. They are seeking a seasoned executive to lead Third-Party Review (TPR) sales across the capital markets. This role is built for a proven rainmaker with established Wall Street relationships and a history of closing high-value, complex transactions in mortgage credit and structured finance.
As the senior market-facing leader, you will drive client acquisition, deepen institutional relationships, and expand their presence with investment banks, private equity, hedge funds, and global investors. In addition to leading TPR sales, you will have the ability to cross-sell the full solutions suite and play a pivotal role in expanding capital markets sales of products across the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Strategy: Define and execute the TPR growth plan across securitization and whole loan markets.
- Drive Institutional Relationships: Engage directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers on Wall Street and in the investor community.
- Cross-Sell Solutions: Leverage existing relationships to expand adoption of the company’s full product suite.
- Capital Markets Expansion: Partner with leadership to drive sales across broader capital markets products and solutions.
- Deliver Revenue: Originate, structure, and close multi-million-dollar engagements with top-tier financial institutions.
- Representation at the Highest Levels: Serve as the face of the business at client meetings, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with internal operations, compliance, and credit experts to ensure flawless client execution.
- Provide feedback from potential and existing clients on enhanced product functionality and service delivery.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for upcoming product development.
- Ensure effective internal communication within Sales and Marketing team and client support.
- Document all sales activities in company system, including activity, sales pipeline, contacts, opportunities, etc. Create monthly reports for Executive team.
Qualifications:
- Wall Street Network: Deep, established relationships with institutional investors, banks, and secondary market leaders.
- Experience: 10+ years in capital markets, structured products, mortgage finance, or risk solutions.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success originating and closing complex, long-cycle transactions.
- Market Knowledge: Expertise in mortgage credit risk, securitization, and capital markets dynamics.
- Executive Presence: Strong communicator with boardroom credibility and the ability to influence at the highest levels.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel nationally (up to 50%) to maintain senior-level client engagement.
