Michael Huffman
Michael W. Huffman, CEO, founder of Huffman Associates LLC, leads the search practice and oversees client relationships and search execution for a diverse clientele in the financial services industry. Michael’s extensive experience and network of key contacts across the industry enable Huffman Associates to assist our clients in identifying, evaluating and attracting top performing talent. Michael’s expertise is in working with clients to develop and execute recruitment strategies that quickly identify individuals and assess talent that will address the challenges of the assignment and achieve cultural fit. Michael has worked with clients ranging from Fortune 100 firms to Community and Regional Banks to Private Equity owned fast growth firms and start-ups. Since founding Huffman Associates in 2002, Michael has focused much of his time on the Consumer and Mortgage Banking and Real Estate Finance sector across the US. Michael has placed individuals and teams from Vice President to CEO and has been instrumental in helping
companies build management and executive teams to lead thru periods of change and growth. Prior to founding Huffman Associates in 2002, Michael was a founder and partner of three boutique recruitment firms in NYC focused on finance, management and technology recruitment respectively.

Phil Feigenbaum
Phil Feigenbaum is a Senior Vice President with Huffman Associates LLC and has spent the last 19 years leading search projects for some of the largest global and national banks. Phil understands the search process and has been successful at all levels, from running research and sourcing teams to leading the search process and fulfilling the needs of clients with an entrepreneurial commitment to performance. In 2005, Phil joined Huffman Associates in New York as Vice President with an emphasis on leading research and sourcing efforts to support Huffman Associates financial services practice. In 2008, Phil was promoted to Senior Vice President of Recruitment where for the last 10 years he has lead a team of research, recruitment and support specialists from inception to completion of each search assignment. Phil has extensive experience in executing client assignments across all aspects of Mortgage Banking, Mortgage Finance, Consumer Lending as well as traditional banking. Phil has a B.A. in Political Science from Roanoke College in Salem, VA and currently lives in Richmond, VA.
