Since founding Huffman Associates in 2002, Michael has focused much of his time on the Consumer and Mortgage Banking and Real Estate Finance sector across the US. Michael has placed individuals and teams from Vice President to CEO and has been instrumental in helping companies build management and executive teams to lead thru periods of change and growth.
Prior to founding Huffman Associates in 2002, Michael was a founder and partner of three boutique recruitment firms in NYC focused on finance, management and technology recruitment respectively.
